AGM - 4th December
It's that time of year again. Please save the date for the 2024 AGM to be held on Wednesday 4th December.
Members are requested to put forward any items for inclusion on the agenda, or advance questions for the committee or membership. Please send to club-communications@ctc.club.
The committee are also seeking a Treasurer and we hope that within our large number of members, there will be an Accountant or similarly qualified person capable and willing to take on the role. If anyone would be interested in helping the club for just a few hours a month, that would be hugely appreciated.
The formal notice of AGM will be issued following the finalisation of the annual accounts (expected to be early November).
Over 45’s & 55’s inter insular
This Sunday is the annual 45’s & 55’s match between Jersey and Guernsey! Our 45’s team—Adam Bayley, Rob Hannah, Lee Ingram, Rychlund Aldridge, Sonia Smith, Clare Clark, Rebecca Edwards, and Noel Hurst—will be playing at home, with matches starting at 10am. Supporters are welcome, so please feel free to pop down and cheer them on!
Meanwhile, the 55’s team—Jo Chaplin, Henrietta Manton-Jones, Christine Budd, Karen Clark, George Grossi, Phil Bain, Craig Stewart, and David Warr—will be playing away in Guernsey.
We wish both teams the best of luck!
Winter Singles and Mixed Doubles Leagues
There's still time to sign up for our popular club league before it starts next week! This is aimed at all levels Ladies & Men and also for juniors 13yrs+, who are at the competing level.

Junior Tennis Camps
Spaces are still available for our Junior Half-Term Tennis Camps! Sponsored by BNP Paribas, our camps are for 5-11 year-olds of all abilities, focusing on having fun and developing tennis skills. Running from 28th-Oct-1st Nov from 9am-12pm. Open to both members (£35 a day) and non-members (£40 a day).
