Membership Renewals
We wish to advise members that your current membership will expire on 31st March. The new membership year begins on 1st April and we attach the membership rates and categories for 2025/2026 which were approved at the AGM in December 2024. Invoices will be sent out shortly and payment should be made via BACS or by card in the office.
We will once again offer the early bird discount if membership is paid in full before April 30th. Any payments made after the 1st May will have to be paid at the full price.
BNP Paribas Open & Junior Grade 3 Easter Tournament 2025
A reminder that entries for the LTA Grade 3 Easter Tournament close on SUNDAY 30TH MARCH at 10AM .
Something different for this year
We are hoping to encourage our older members to participate in the tournament and have decided to reduce the normal entry fee in the +35 and +45 events by 50%. If you play in the club leagues / Entro league / friendly club standard sessions such as our Ladies Clinic sessions and Tuesday evening tennis sessions then why not take the next step and enter? It's a great opportunity to play under LTA conditions and to test out your hard-earned tennis skills in a fun and supportive event.
We have a good number of entries for the "middle ages" but we also need our mini age groups and the older age groups to enter.
If you are not able to play during the day due to work commitments or have specific times when it is not possible to be at the club, PLEASE ensure that this is noted on the entry form. Alternatively, contact our Referee, Donna Budd, who will always accommodate requests prior to the matches being scheduled. Recycling Bins
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently introduced recycling bins at the club! We encourage all members to make use of them and help us reduce waste.
Please ensure you’re disposing of items correctly by following the labels on the bins. Contaminated recycling can’t be processed, so let’s all do our part to keep the club as eco-friendly as possible.
Junior Tennis Camps
We are now taking sign-ups for our Junior Half-Term Tennis Camps! Sponsored by BNP Paribas, our camps are for 5-11 year-olds of all abilities, focusing on having fun and developing tennis skills.
When: Monday 7th-Friday 11th April from 9am-12pm
Price: £35 per day for members, £40 per day non-members
Deadline: Sign-ups close 48 hours before each day. Any sign-ups after this time will be charged a £5 late fee.
Tie-Break 10s
Tie-Break match first to 10 points wins. Every player is guaranteed 4 matches in this compass draw format. A good little event to get the competitive juices flowing before the Easter Tournament!
When: Sunday 6th April from 12pm-4pm
Price: £10 for members, £15 non members
